APPLY FOR CREDIT

By submitting a credit application to Lifting Equipment Store USA, you agree to:

1. All invoices are to be paid 30 days from the date of the invoice or as agreed in writing with LES USA management. Any overdue invoices are subject to a 2% per month penalty.

2. Claims arising from invoices must be made within seven working days.

3. Lifting Equipment Store USA, INC. retains the title to all goods supplied until payment has been made in full.

4. By submitting this application, you authorize Lifting Equipment Store USA, INC. to make inquiries into the banking and business/trade references that you have supplied.

5. We reserve the right to withdraw credit/account facilities for any reason we deem necessary. 

6. All amounts in US Dollars $.
