REVOLUTIONARY TECHNOLOGY

The standout feature of the RNER2B electric hoist is its signature Guardian Smart Brake technology. This revolutionary DC current-controlled motor brake is fail-safe by design, providing rapid activation that minimizes brake disc wear and maintains proper brake gap automatically. This maintenance-free braking system comes backed by an industry-leading 10-year manufacturer's warranty, offering unmatched reliability and total peace of mind.

QUALITY FEATURES AS STANDARD

The RNER2B HazLoc electric chain hoist is available in capacities from 1ton to 5tons, and  multiple voltage configurations including 208-230V-3-60, 380-3-50/440-460V-3-60, and 575-3-60. It also features a dual-speed contactor control with a 12V DC control voltage, a 60-minute duty cycle, and classification such as ASME H4, ISO M5 or M4, and FEM 2m or 1Am. Each model includes upper and lower limit switches to prevent overwinding or overlifting, truly optimizing operational safety.

Fitted with Harrington's world-class, super-strength load chain that features a shorter and narrower link profile for increased surface contact, which results in superior wear resistance and tensile strength.

Combined with potted cable glands and engineered enclosures tailored for hazardous environments, the RNER2B electric chain hoist guarantees long lifecycles and performance, even under rigorous use in demanding conditions.

Furthermore, the black carbon pendant ensures optimal comfort. Being both lightweight and compact, it is equipped with an intrinsically safe barrier relay protection and a standard emergency stop function. Rated to IP65, the pendant withstands dust and water exposure, ensuring consistent performance in harsh environments.

FULLY CERTIFIED

Certified to UL and CSA standards and marked cULus, Harrington's RNER2B HazLoc hoists meet strict North American safety requirements. With temperature class T4 (135-degrees C) compliance, these innovative hoists are designed to operate safely in high-risk environments. 

ADDITIONS

Additional options can include hooks, lugs, or trolley mounted configurations, with each unit coming with a standard steel chain container. While the power supply cable gland is not included, 3/4 NPT inlets are provided for seamless integration into your hazardous location setup.

WARNING

The RNER2B is not suitable for environments where GAS Class I Division 2 is combined with DUST Class II Division 1 or 2. You should always consult a qualified professional to ensure proper selection for your specific hazardous location
