The Sheaving Kit for Minifor is a factory-approved accessory designed to double the lifting capacity (W.L.L.) of compatible Minifor hoists without changing the rope. Suitable for steel rope models TR10, TR30, TR30S and TR50, as well as the synthetic rope TR125SY, the kit provides a practical way to increase lifting capability for heavier loads while maintaining the integrity and performance of the Minifor system.
By incorporating the official Minifor sheaving arrangement, the kit doubles lifting capacity while reducing lifting speed by half, providing greater control when handling heavier equipment. It includes the essential components required for the approved configuration, including a docking bracket, anchoring plate, opening pulley and end-of-run limit stops. An optional self-locking hook version is also available. For correct operation, the rope length must be at least twice the required lifting height, plus an additional 2 metres.
Designed exclusively for direct vertical lifting applications, the Sheaving Kit extends the versatility of Minifor hoists across construction, infrastructure and industrial maintenance environments. Only the official Minifor sheaving system is approved for use, helping ensure lifting operations remain compliant with the equipment’s specified safety requirements. It is an ideal solution for applications requiring increased lifting capacity without the need to replace the existing hoist or rope.
