William Hackett's HA Offshore Swivel Hoist Ring (UNC Thread) is a bolt-on load attachment that has been specifically designed for lifting and handling loads in extreme, corrosive environments. The HA Offshore can rotate 360-degrees around the bolt axis, as well as pivot 180-degrees, allowing this hoist ring to orientate to the appropriate angle of lift, mitigating the risk of damage. Hackett's HA offshore hoist ring is suitable for both top and side mounting, and maintains its full working load limit even when pulled at 90-degrees. Available in sizes 1/2" (2200lbs) up to 2-1/2" (44550lbs), these units have been manufactured in accordance with EN1677-1, ASME B30.26 and NORSOK R-002. L7 bolts manufactured in accordance with ASTM320/A320. Sherardized in accordance with BSEN ISO 17668:2016. All load bearing components have been manufactured from alloy steel, quenched and tempered, with the swivel hoist ring body and bail featuring a maximum hardness range of 35-40 HRC. Boasting an operational temperature range of -40°C to +200°C without reduction in working load limit, the Offshore swivel hoist ring has been proof tested to 2.5 times stated WLL, and fatigue rated to 20,000 cycles at 1.5 times WLL.
