ABOUT YOUR BISON HOIST

Lightweight, flexible, and easy to operate, this 0.25Ton model comes direct from the factory with 115v power supply, but can be easily adjusted to 230v should you facility operate using this power outage.

Additionally, all models of single phase hoist come with a tidy chain container, as standard.

OPTIMAL SAFETY

Featuring a friction clutch giving complete overload protection, users are prevented from exceeding the hoists outlined lifting capacity – in this case, 0.25Tonnes.

These units are also fitted with an electro-magnetic AC brake, which has been designed to increase service life, therefore, when no power is applied, the brake remains at full lock. When a direction button on the controller is activated, an electronic signal is sent, releasing the brake so that the chain wheel can be turned by the motor and lift or lower the load.

Upon releasing of the button, the brake releases ad locks back into a position that prevents any movement of the chain wheel, holding your load in place.

In the event of a power failure, the brake will automatically engage, supporting the load in its current position, until the electrical power can safely release.

ALL ABOUT THE EXTRAS (AS STANDARD)

All single phase electric chain hoist models from Bison come installed with both upper and lower mechanical paddle limit switches that have been designed to stop the load chain from moving passed a specified range.

Fitted with a fixed position top hook (as seen in the images above), the forged bottom swivel hook can move safely 360-degrees, with heavy-duty safety latches improving its overall safety.

ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST

As with all Bison Electric Chain Hoists, the single phase models are all IP55 rated. This means that your product is protected against quantities of dues that could interfere with normal operations. But be aware that they are not fully dust-tight.

KEEPING YOU ON THE MOVE

This model has been conveniently integrated with a sturdy and reliable single phase 115/230v motorized trolley for your convenience, also with a safe working limit of 0.25Ton.

Delivered to you complete with a Load Test / Inspection Certificate, this hoist trolley combination comes with a 4-button pendant control (up, down, left, right). The pendant control system runs off a control voltage of 24v and has a 15ft power supply cord, a 17ft pendant cord, and Schneider contactors allowing both hoist and trolley to be operated from the same controller.
