The lightest available Self Retracting Lifeline (SRL) in its class, the Micron Series from KStrong epitomizes absolute safety.
Manufactured from 21mm Dyneema Webbing - renowned for its superior strength (minimum breaking strength 4500lbs) - these SRL units are infused with energy-absorbing technology to ensure maximum comfort and safety when operating at height.
You can choose from four different anchor end fittings including Snap Hook, Rebar Hook, Aluminum Swivel Carabiner (ANSI), and Large Aluminum Rebar Hook with Steel (ANSI) Gate, with all accompanied by a suitable safety harness connector.
6ft in total length, these KStrong self-retracting lifelines are fitted with a robust and durable plastic casing at the head to protect your unit from accidental damage.
Boasting an OSHA working load capacity of 420lbs, and an ANSI working load capacity of 310lbs, this unit is compliant with ANSI Z359.14-2021 Class 1.
In addition, the Micron™ series of Self Retracting Lifelines have not only been tested to the required ANSI standards, but also to a Fall Factor of 2. This means that when a preferred overhead anchor point is not present, a worker may connect to a suitable anchor up to 5ft below the dorsal D-ring height of their full body harness.
