The KStrong® 3 ft. Openable Rope Grab with Shock Pack Lanyard is a dependable fall protection solution designed for use with 5/8" twisted rope lifelines. This self-tracking, non-captive rope grab is ideal for workers in construction, utilities, and other industries requiring safe vertical mobility and fall arrest.
Engineered for ease of use and security, the rope grab features a double-locking closing mechanism that ensures a secure connection while allowing for easy attachment and detachment. It is connected to a high-performance shock pack that mitigates fall forces, and is equipped with a durable snap hook (PN 146) for secure attachment to a full-body harness.
The lanyard incorporates 1.73-inch wide polyester webbing with a minimum breaking strength of 5,000 lbs, stitched with high-tenacity polyester thread for enhanced reliability. Its robust construction is reinforced by alloy steel components finished in silver or golden yellow galvanized coating for excellent corrosion resistance.
