The webbing is made from high-strength polyester, with a width tolerance of ± 0.03” (30 ± 1mm) and a minimum breaking strength of 6000 lbs (2722kg), ensuring that it can handle tough conditions. The stitching thread is composed of high-tenacity polyester, designed to withstand heavy use and provide additional strength.
The metal components of the lanyard, including the snap hooks, are crafted from alloy steel, with either a silver or golden yellow galvanized finish for corrosion resistance and durability. These components have a breaking strength of 5000 lbs (2268kg), offering enhanced security during use.
