This double Y-shaped lanyard integrates a high-performance energy absorber (PN 500) to effectively reduce fall impact forces, ensuring enhanced user safety.
One leg features a durable steel snap hook (PN 146) for quick, secure connections to harness D-rings or compatible anchor points, while the other leg is equipped with two rugged steel rebar hooks (PN 167) designed to easily attach to structural elements such as rebar, scaffolding, or steel frameworks. This dual-connection setup provides the flexibility to maintain 100% tie-off, allowing workers to stay safely anchored during movement and transitions.
Constructed with strong polyester webbing measuring 1.18 inches (30mm) wide, this lanyard boasts an impressive breaking strength of 6,000 lbs. (2,722 kg). The metal components are crafted from alloy steel, zinc plated, and shot blasted to resist corrosion and wear, with a breaking strength of 5,000 lbs. (2,268 kg).
High-tenacity polyester stitching reinforces the overall durability and longevity of the lanyard. Despite its rugged design, it remains reasonably lightweight at 5.66 lbs. (2,570 gm) for comfortable all-day use.
