Designed for the horizontal and vertical lifting of heavy loads with flat or round surfaces, don’t be deceived by the compact design of MagMate’s VersaLift lifting magnet – it’s a truly powerful machine.
Available in 2 lifting capacities – 600lbs and 1200lbs – with Lug options for both, it’s designed with an internal on/off release device at the handle, ensuring premium safety, eliminating the fear of dropping if the button is accidently bumped.
Designed and manufactured to ASME B30.20 BTH-1, the VersaLift other incorporates a unique ‘Test Feature’ whereby you simply pull the spring loaded handle out and rotate, lift you load approximately 2-3 inches to verify that the magnet indeed has the capacity to lift what you require.

Working Load Limit (WLL) Values for the VersaLift™ Magnets are stated at 33% of the actual value. We recommend when lifting sheets over 8', use 2 or more lifts on a spreader bar to prevent sheet flexing, sagging or peel-off. Thin material is susceptible to magnetic bleed through, resulting in two sheets being lifted at once. Round WLL Values are based on ideal conditions. Consult the factory before specifying these magnets for use on round materials. *Max. sheet lengths are selected due to sag characteristics of specified sheet. The item to be lifted must cover the entire length and width of the magnetic poles to properly engage and release the part. CF = Consult Factory, NA = Not Applicable (Magnets will not turn "ON" with stated thicknesses.) |
