Description

Features & Specification

RUD's VRBS Welding Blocks are specially forged from material 1.0577+N (St 52-3) and come marked with the identification number of the permissible nominal working load limit.

Available in working load limits from 4t up to 31.5t, the distance lugs have a distance measurement function for the required spacing to root weld, which is approximate 3mm.

These weld-on blocks are suitable for use in temperature environments ranging from -20-degrees C up to +200-degrees C.

NOTE: The chosen welding point must be suitable for the corresponding force introduction, and welding should only be carried out by a qualified person according to ISO 9606-1.
